When I found my dream house, I honestly thought it was a lost cause given his point of reference. Enter Peter. Peter was beyond patient with both of us, spending hours on the phone with us, explaining the local market, how the home buying process is unique in LA vs. other areas in the country, and overall what to expect. We are the type of people who read every line in a contract, so it was invaluable having an ex-lawyer by our side to explain every clause. Given that our deal was much smaller than most of the transactions he's involved in, I kinda couldn't believe how much time he spent with us and how much he cared that we were comfortable moving forward. When multiple offers came in on the house (5! and 2 cash!), he not only expertly negotiated on our behalf, fully explaining to us all of our options, but he helped us keep our emotions in check and act rationally.
